Very dangerous hotel for family. We came out in 5-10 mins after checkin the dirty stinking room with sticky floor and dirty bed sheet. The goons of hotel started fighting with us and abusive words towards ladies. No refund of ₹8867 from past 9 days is refunded back even after several emails to their fraud partner MAKEMYTRIP who has cheated a Corporate business account.

The stay was overall very good. Had some issues with TV channels not working or intercom out of order in both the rooms. However, these issues were resolved when brought to notice. The quality of food served in the restaurant was very nice matching the reputation of Kamat's. However, the tea cups were less in number making us take tea in glasses. This does not reflect well on the star rating of the hotel and needs to be looked into.

The overall experience is fantastic. Very humble team . Excellent service.The location is good very close to main temple easily acceptable from all point . The food is good . Value for the trip. HARISH AND TEAM had provided good service . Thanks for making our stay memorable . 💓

Service and quality of food is as expected. Had delicious food. Kids had good pav bhaji. Adults enjoyed sandwiches and sambar dosa. Oveall very authentic sambar and dosa. Mt. Sahil guided us to select food as per our family preference. Staff is very good and courteous Thanks you kamat
